This Haas (TL-4) CNC horizontal machining center allows us to machine the most difficult jobs, decreasing cycle time and eliminating the possibility for operator error. To improve production times for each project, we design and make fixtures and use carefully selected job specific tooling. This horizontal machining capability is most advantageous for components requiring multi-sided machining, particularly where true positions and other geometric tolerancing is crucial.
