We offer threading for risers, well heads, pup joints, nipples, crossover subs, adapters as well as recutting of tubing, casing, repair of drill collars and pipe. We undertake the overhaul of most well head assemblies, including BOP’s, valves, barrels, bowls and pumps.

We are proficient in swaging, stress relieving, grit blasting, paint stenciling, low stress stamping as well as other services.

With the recent acquisition of this Cincinnati CNC boring mill, complete with two 32” rotary tables and a 60 position tool changer, BCI can perform a vast number of operations from simple threading to precisely complex milling operations. Our live tool capacity adds the ability to perform mill type operations without need for additional setups and handling thereby improving time, cost and quality.
