BCI incorporates a five step training program for all new employees. After an initial introduction with their immediate supervisor they are carefully trained in HR procedures, Safety, Quality Control and then a detailed on the job training course. (1) The new employee meets with his/her supervisor to discuss the details of the job duties and performance requirements. (2) Meeting with the HR Director, each employee is given a company handbook outlining all facets of the company’s operations.

Keeping up with increasing demands, BCI has added new CNC machines, welding and fabrication equipment as well as the hiring of new experienced machinist, welders and fabricators. This growth has positioned BCI as a shop of choice by many industrial and oil & gas companies from the Ark-La-Tex to international ports. For example, the acquisition of a new vertical CNC milling machine has resulted in a 50% increase in a particular customer’s product.

BCI is pleased to announce the recent hiring of Milton Atkinson as Project Manager. Milton comes to BCI with a background in CNC machining for the steel, wind power and railroad industries. Milton's responsibilities will include CNC training for new hires as well as expanding the knowledge and expertise of existing personnel.

The use of CNC technology has the benefits of increased productivity with no compromise to the high precision and quality of our work.
Three Haas TL-4 CNC horizontal machining centers arranged in a "cell" allows BCI to machine the most difficult jobs, decreasing cycle time and eliminating the possibility for operator error. The three machines (cell) are designed with project specific tools and fixtures that drasticially improce production time and eliminate human error.

Meet Wesley Lynch, new Quality Control Manager and API/ISO management representative.

Wesley is responsible for ensuring that processes needed for quality management are established, implemented and properly maintained. A part of Wesley’s job duties is to perform an internal audit of our quality control program and to work closely with the outside auditors when they are at our facilities.
